Chocolate bookstore

In partnership with the well-known bookshop Filigranes, the Salon du Chocolat 2020 offered visitors a chance to discover the latest range of books on food and to have recently-published books on gastronomy, chocolate and patisserie signed by their authors.
There’s no better way to explore the various benefits of chocolate and all the recipes you need than with a really good book – and there were great books available for children too!
