Showcasing the next generation
This latest edition of the Salon du Chocolat in Brussels was a great opportunity to showcase the hottest new talent in and around Brussels on the “Young Talent” space, sponsored by the City of Brussels. Taking to the stage were :
- Takana, who specialises in organic raw chocolate,
- Lily’s Granola, with a selection of original, home-made and organic granolas,
- Nikolas Koulepis that showcased his Baklavas, Kataifi and other hand-made Greek pastries,
- Cokoa who specialises in wedding buffets, make fine pastry with floral aesthetics and flavors
We hope they will enjoy the same success as Sigoji – one of the Salon’s Young Talent 5 years ago and awarded “Chocolatier of the Year” by Gault & Millau in 2019.
