Chocolate and pastry trends


The “Young Talents” area sponsored by the City of Brussels will be putting the spotlight on some promising young artisans working in the Brussels region. They will be present on this stand: Chouconut, Kako and Mi Joya Chocolate Maker.


The “Patisserie Trends” area will be focusing on pastry, between tradition and renewal:

  • Quentin Callier 
  • Brian Joyeux is a young patissier of Parisian origin, who has settled in Brussels in the Congrès district. “Éclairs” on Tuesday, lemon meringue tartlets on Wednesday, “merveilleux” on Thursday, rum babas on Friday: a different speciality every day!
  • Mo Lamkoref, a patissier based in Antwerp, will be presenting his collection of cupcakes – his flagship product – which he offers in a wide range of flavours in his shop MoMade Cupcakes.
