Chocollor Chocolate is a Jamaican producer of gourmet artisan chocolate. It is owned and operated by the small three membered Sharpe family based in Kingston, Jamaica. Chocollor Chocolate stemmed from the desire to make an authentically Jamaican product. We take great pride in being truly Jamaican from bean-to-bar. All ingredients are locally sourced as we strive to produce a value added product that allows all consumers whether locally, regionally or internationally to experience a taste of Jamaica.
Likkle More Chocolate is the brainchild of award-winning fine pastry chef Nadine Burie. We are an artisanal bean-to-bar sustainable chocolate atelier based in sunny Kingston, who takes great pride in making every bite of our chocolate – a perfect balance between passion, craftsmanship, local flavours and the best quality ingredients from Jamaican terroir. We collaborate closely with our farmers to grow and select the finest cocoa beans, so we create a unique tasting experience in every bar we craft – the sweet taste of Jamaica.
The Pure way of making chocolate is simple and honest; we directly purchase cocoa beans from local farmers and create 100% Jamaican hand-made chocolate. No additives, no middleman and no fuss. Direct trade at is finest is a core value we hold close to our heart. We cherish our relationships with the local producers and regularly meet up and exchange knowledge that benefits both.
We ferment, dry and roast our beans the old-fashioned way and wrap, polish and date each bar by hand. Complete traceability throughout our production is guaranteed.
