NIKOLAS KOULEPIS PÂTISSERIE

Stand B39
Nikolas Koulepis, craftsman of Greek origin, settled in Brussels in 2012. After a visit to Villa Lorraine, the Bouchéry restaurants and then Notos, this young thirty-something started in March 2018 on his own account and opened a shop in the Chatelain district in Ixelles.
Nikolas Koulepis prepares refined and controlled pastries, sometimes of French inspiration (rum baba, lemon meringue pie,…), sometimes of Greek inspiration based on nuts, pistachio, cinnamon, orange, cardamom and good butter.
Don’t miss pastries, cookies, confectionery, cakes and verrines either, it’s light and very tasty!
